The application requests that the Commission authorize a 24.61% increase in water rates as follows: increase customer rates by adding a monthly service charge of $5.12 for all residential, commercial, and private fire protections customers. This would result in an increase in the Company's annual revenues of approximately $174,068.

The application is subject to the approval of the Commission and is available for review at the Company's office at 2626 Eldorado St. in Boise and on the Commission's website at puc.idaho.gov. Customers may make written comments to the Commission regarding the application.
