Capitol Water is a flat rate utility company with commercial customers on meters and operates under the Idaho Public Utilities Commission and conforms to all state and federal regulations.

Field Operations Manager: Full Time. Job Opening Immediate
Job Location: This position is located in Boise, Idaho.
Education: High School Diploma.
Experience: Preferred but not required. Will train on the job for the right applicant.
Job Description:
Responsibility for the Field Operation of Capitol Water Corporation. Including but not limited to the following.
- Reading of the water meters using a handheld device that enters the reading into meter software.
- Must be physically fit to excavate meter boxes and dig out lines, etc.
- Good mechanical knowledge is required. Must be able to maintain buildings, equipment, etc. Learn to maintain and read the water usage of commercial wells.
- Work well with others and support office staff when needed.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Locating water lines via a electronic locator.
- Comply with all Health and Safety requirements.
- Hang delinquent notices.
- Attend training courses offered by government entities on company time.
- Provide emergency services to our customers.
Salary and Benefits:
Full benefits including health insurance, dental insurance and 401K. 401k is available after 2 years of working.
Hours: Monday thru Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. With some emergency hours required.
Paid Vacation after 6 months of employment. 14 days. 3 days sick or personal leave.
Salary: Depends on experience but starts at $70,000k per year for inexperienced applicants.
